BFB - bubbling fluidized bed (Biomass boiler) BGAN - Broadband Global Area Network Bluetooth - Royalty-free technology specification for short-range wireless communication among devices that defines a wireless radio frequency communication interface and associated sets of communication protocols and application profiles. The Bluetooth specification defines 79 channels spaced 1 MHz apart in the 2.4 GHz industrial, scientific, and medical radio band. The protocol uses a frequency-hopping spread spectrum technique, where the radio hops through the 79 channels in a pseudo-random sequence at a rate of 1600 hops per second.
