For safety, there are three emergency stop points on the ES-137 and ES-125. The first two emergency stops are located on the front of the machine. You have one emergency stop on the control panel, and one emergency shut-off bar at the front of the conveyor system that helps to prevent accidental pull in, the other kill switch is located in the rear of the machine.
The feed rate on these machines are 15 and 30 ft/min. Both the ES-137 and ES-125 has a belt length of 60". Both machines are available in single and three phase configurations. Single phase models are equipped with BALDOR motors. Three phase models can be equipped with super easy to use digital controllers which will allow you to "key in" the desired thickness and the machine will automatically position itself. As a special promotion, the three phase models are being offered in a special EMAX Edition package that includes the optional controller for FREE. All machines come with free box of starter 3M sanding belts and X-Wash belt cleaning solution.
