Choose a route you can comfortably travel

A fictional nine-night outline is three nights in Delhi, two in Agra, three in Jaipur and one near the departure airport. It offers several full days without a new hotel every morning. Adding Udaipur might mean extending the trip or dropping another stop. It should follow a flight or road plan that you have actually priced.
Put fixed opening days on the calendar first
The Taj Mahal's official visitor FAQ states that it is closed to visitors on Fridays. Mark that before reserving Agra nights, then confirm the ticket type, entry gate and current hours. If Friday is your only full day in Agra, revise the sequence before buying restrictive transport.
Keep each hotel's city distinct. The Oberoi Amarvilas is the Agra property associated with Taj Mahal views; The Oberoi Udaivilas is beside Lake Pichola in Udaipur. A lake-view room and a monument-view room belong to different stops. Check the exact booked room category rather than extending a hotel's general view description to every room.
Price the journey between the hotels
The program describes selected transfers from a nearby airport or railway station within a city. Ask separately about Delhi–Agra, Agra–Jaipur and any journey to Udaipur. For each leg, record the pickup address, destination, vehicle or train, luggage allowance, stops, tolls, parking and whether a guide accompanies you. Establish who handles a delayed flight or train and which contact is available on arrival.
Ask for a realistic door-to-door estimate with a meal and rest stop where appropriate. A route planner's driving time omits hotel checkout, loading, traffic variation and arrival formalities. Keep arrival afternoons flexible. For a short stay, a late arrival followed by an early departure can consume most of the time you thought you had bought.
Compare quotations with the same inclusions
Send both providers the same dates, traveler ages, room occupancy and route. Request a written total in the billing currency, with taxes and mandatory charges, meal inclusions, intercity travel, guides, admissions and cancellation deadlines identified. Ask which extras remain payable locally. A percentage discount matters only after the eligible service and its starting price are clear.

Quote A includes the agreed hotels, breakfast and taxes for INR 300,000. Add INR 45,000 for intercity transport and INR 30,000 for agreed guides and admissions: INR 375,000. Quote B includes all those items for INR 365,000. With matching rooms and terms, B is INR 10,000 lower. Other meals and international flights are outside both totals and still belong in your personal budget.

Finish the plan around the travelers
Describe access requirements precisely: vehicle steps, walking distances, bathroom layout and rest breaks. Settle dietary requests with each hotel and ask which outings require advance reservations. Keep the last night and airport transfer aligned with the departure airport and check-in requirement.
A useful final itinerary gives every day one main purpose, a confirmed overnight location and an emergency contact. It also identifies which bookings depend on another: if a hotel night changes, the driver, guide and monument visit may all need revision.
