Supported by the authenticity and reassurance of Glanbia's Tuxford and Tebbutt creamery name, Tuxford 1780 is a Vintage Reserve Blue Stilton, hand crafted, age ripened and hand selected for a fulsome yet creamy, mellow flavor. Commercial Manager David Giles, said: "With the launch of Tuxford 1780, we have helped to enhance the uniqueness of Blue Stilton and British Blues compared to continental cheeses. The brand will appeal particularly to consumers who are motivated by premium products and who tend to make a special effort preparing food."
