Stone Temple Pilots' long-awaited reunion tour, their first trek together in 8 years, kicked off in May and is hitting over 60-cities nationwide through October. Founded in 1992, Stone Temple Pilots -- Scott Weiland, vocals; Dean DeLeo, guitars; Robert DeLeo, bass; and Eric Kretz, drums -- have been a dominant force in rock music since their inception. The group's impressively extensive and top-selling music has cemented their standing as one of the most successful rock groups of all time having sold more than 35 million albums worldwide. The band's immense and distinguished catalog includes five critically acclaimed studio albums have spanned countless hits including 1994's Purple, which went to #1 on Billboard Magazine's Top 200 Album Chart, six #1 singles and fifteen Top 10 singles on the Billboard charts. The band won a Grammy Award in 1994 for "Best Hard Rock Performance" for its song "Plush."
