TeaLeaf Technology, the pioneer in Web application management, and BEA Systems, the world's leading application infrastructure software company, today announced TeaLeaf's plans to integrate its patented technology solution with BEA WebLogic Server, the world's most popular server for building Java and Web Services applications.
TeaLeaf IntegriTea helps IT operations manage, recreate and ultimately diagnose application-level failures. Because TeaLeaf IntegriTea captures the composition of every Web page sent to every user, it reproduces an end user's experience and pinpoints the sequence that led to an application-level error. TeaLeaf IntegriTea also provides problem alert, resolution and communication capabilities. By integrating with BEA WebLogic Server, TeaLeaf IntegriTea will complement BEA's monitoring infrastructure by providing more detailed information for management of applications.
"TeaLeaf's partnership with BEA will provide our BEA WebLogic Server customers with the ability to detect, recreate and analyze their end users' experiences of their Web applications," said Scott Dietzen, chief technology officer of BEA Systems. "We are looking forward to working with TeaLeaf for even more tightly integrated solutions in the future."
"Our joint efforts are designed to deliver the most value to the BEA WebLogic community," said Robert Wenig, founder and CTO of TeaLeaf Technology. "By providing additional Web application management and diagnosis capabilities, TeaLeaf will provide BEA WebLogic Server customers with accelerated application-level error resolution."
October 2017 Update: TeaLeaf is now part of IBM and BEA is now part of Oracle.
