INSTRUCTIONS
Define the task and acceptance criteria before testing. Use stable location IDs on
a scaled floor plan. Repeat the same task with representative clients; retain all
attempts. Record unavailable measurements as unknown. Keep private identifiers in
your organization's records, not in publicly shared copies.

EXAMPLE CHECK
Five positions x three attempts = 15 attempts. If four positions pass all three
and the fifth passes one, 13/15 = 86.67% overall, but the fifth is only 1/3.
Judge each required position; this is fictional arithmetic, not a target.
