4. LOCATE A FAILURE
Source absent: check host awake, service, credentials, discovery and routing.
Some files fail: compare format, encoding and rights with working files.
Stalls: compare same file nearby and over Ethernet where supported; record
source disk/server load as well as wireless conditions.
Movie playback requires explicit decoder/software support; a video connector
alone describes an output signal.
