Compare the actual offer and test required household tasks before the available
trial/return deadline. Test the provider path over suitable Ethernet separately
from indoor Wi-Fi. Keep an existing service until acceptance where terms permit.

TEST METHOD
Use the same capable laptop, test destination and normal security settings.
For a wired baseline, connect to the gateway/router LAN and turn off the test
device's Wi-Fi. Record negotiated link rate and active VPN status.
Repeat readings at multiple times/days within the available trial, including
normal peak use. Label gateway-app tests separately from laptop tests.
Download/upload units: Mbps. Delay/jitter: ms, using exact tool metric names.
Packet loss: percent and measurement window. Leave unavailable metrics blank.

FICTIONAL INTERPRETATION EXAMPLE -- NOT EXPECTED SERVICE PERFORMANCE
Same wired laptop: morning 180 Mbps down/24 Mbps up; evening 45 down/5 up.
Action: repeat at the busy period and test real simultaneous household tasks.
One fast reading or one slow reading does not describe the whole service.
If Ethernet is good but one Wi-Fi room fails, investigate indoor coverage.
