For each item: document ID/date, supporting pages, claim, unresolved issue, responsible party and requested response date.
- Wind data period/height, expected MWh and uncertainty.
- Wake/electrical/downtime/curtailment losses already included.
- Interconnection status and unresolved works/conditions.
- Homes/receptors, sound/shadow modeling and visualization assumptions.
- Seasonal wildlife surveys, footprint, avoidance and mitigation.
- Construction roads, drainage, access and restoration.
- Local benefits: recipient, basis and written commitment.
- Complaint process, monitoring, reporting and response triggers.
- End-of-service removal/restoration scope and responsible party.
- Cost update and financial assurance where applicable.

Fictional question: The April layout moves two turbines nearer the northern road, while the sound study uses the January layout. Please identify the study evaluating the revised locations, its receptor list and review process.
