CMS trial scorecard instructions ================================ Source: https://yenra.com/web-content-management-system-software/ Prepared October 4, 2026. Open cms-trial-scorecard.csv in a spreadsheet app using UTF-8 and commas. Duplicate the blank scorecard for each candidate and identify the product, version, plan and configuration in your test evidence. Weights are suggestions. Agree essential requirements before scoring. Record their pass/fail evidence separately. A failed essential requirement blocks selection until resolved. Score only demonstrated results: 0 = unavailable or failed; 1 = major workaround; 2 = workable with friction; 3 = meets the task; 4 = exceeds it in a useful demonstrated way. A blank score means untested, not zero. Finish required tests before calculating. Keep weights numeric. Suggested weights total 100. For each row: weighted points = weight x score. Overall score = sum(weighted points) / sum(weights), on a 0-to-4 scale. The CSV contains no formulas; calculate in your spreadsheet after testing. An evidence field is required to interpret each score. Fictional example only: weights 30,25,20,15,10 and scores 3,4,2,3,2. Weighted points 90,100,40,45,20 total 295; 295/100 = 2.95 out of 4. Complete the same create-review-publish-revise-restore-export trial for finalists. Record staff assistance, defects, paid extensions and unresolved limitations.
