False-positive rate = legitimate blocked or held / all legitimate.
False-negative rate = unwanted delivered / all unwanted.
Unwanted share of delivery = unwanted delivered / all delivered.
Multiply each fraction by 100 for percent. A zero denominator is undefined;
report that limitation instead of calculating a percentage.

FICTIONAL EXAMPLE (matches the guide; not a product test)
Legitimate: 792 delivered, 8 blocked/held, 800 total.
Unwanted: 20 delivered, 180 blocked/held, 200 total.
Total: 812 delivered, 188 blocked/held, 1,000 total.
False positives: 8 / 800 = 1%.
False negatives: 20 / 200 = 10%.
Unwanted share of delivery: 20 / 812 = approximately 2.46%.
