One assembly cell: 60/12=5 units/hour.
One test cell: 60/6=10 units/hour.
Ideal steady-state output=min(5,10)=5 units/hour.
Two independent assembly cells: 2*5=10 units/hour; test can match 10.
Each unit still needs 18 minutes of processing. Add travel, queues,
changeovers, downtime and rework to estimate actual lead time and good output.
