SERIAL TELEMETRY ACCEPTANCE RECORD Companion guide: https://yenra.com/rf-modem/ Prepared September 8, 2026. Editable bench-to-site worksheet. Prerequisites: exact module/carrier-board manuals, region-approved radio and antenna arrangement, suitable power/interface equipment, authorized technician and a noncritical test system. Follow the actual hardware instructions. This sheet supplies no generic wiring or radio approval. Date/time zone/operator/site: Module A and B exact model/regional variant/firmware: Host and carrier boards: TTL UART / RS-232 / RS-485 and documented electrical compatibility: Serial baud/data/parity/stop bits/flow control: Transparent/API mode and frame/document version: Radio/network/security settings reference (keep secrets elsewhere): Power, antennas, enclosure, separation and obstructions: Payload bytes, numbered record range, send interval and direction: Application timeout and acceptance criteria, defined before testing: For every test case record: Case and conditions: Sent record count: Unique valid received record count: Duplicate arrival count: Missing sequence numbers / invalid records: Radio transmit status if available: Application confirmations and request/response time (ms): Restart/reconnect time (seconds), queue and configuration behavior: Evidence file and configuration reference: Pass/fail/pending and action owner: Cases: baseline bench; reverse direction if used; representative site; normal competing activity; vendor-supported restart and recovery. Do not deliberately interfere with other radio systems. Repeat equivalent workloads after each configuration change and retain all results. Unique delivery percentage = unique valid received / sent * 100. Count each sequence number once; duplicates do not improve delivery. Fictional example: 100 sent, 97 unique valid received, 2 duplicates = 97%. Fictional serial budget: 100 bytes * 5 records/s * 10 bits/byte (8N1) = 5000 bits/s, or 52.1% of a 9600-bit/s line before extra host framing. Radio overhead/retries and application timing require separate checks. Read exact vendor manuals and source context through the companion guide.
