YENRA — STRENGTH SESSION LOG Guide: https://yenra.com/resistance-training/ Updated: September 15, 2026 Purpose: record exercises you have learned and review manageable progression. This is a record, not an individualized exercise prescription. Read the guide first. Use suitable movements and exact equipment instructions. Stop for pain or concerning symptoms; obtain appropriate advice. HOW TO USE Copy the session block for each visit. A repetition is one full movement; a set is a group of repetitions. Always record load units (lb or kg), whether the load is per hand or total, and the exercise version. Review control and recovery before choosing one small change. SESSION Date/time: Exercise/version and setup: Load and units; per hand or total: Set 1 repetitions: Set 2 repetitions (if planned): Set 3 repetitions (if planned): Rest between sets: Final repetitions felt: Technique question or symptoms: Response later / following day: Next session: repeat / easier option / one planned change: Reason: Fictional example: one set of eight controlled repetitions is repeated on Tuesday and Friday. Nine repetitions may be tried next; return to eight and review if control fails. This is a decision example, not a weekly quota.
