# RCFL route and contact record

Use this for an inquiry, not as authority to collect or ship evidence. RCFLs work with law-enforcement agencies on criminal investigations. Members of the public should use appropriate reporting routes. Keep sensitive case details in approved agency systems.

How to use: Enter details after each colon and fill in any tables. Check a field
once its details are recorded, including any explicit unknown or not-applicable
status. Tick checklist statements only when confirmed. In Obsidian, use Reading
view to click checkboxes and Editing view to enter details.
