Pressure-Chamber Probing: Plan Wafer-Level Sensor Characterization — working record Yenra | October 3, 2026 https://yenra.com/pressure-chamber-probe/ Purpose: Specify a wafer-level pressure-sensor test brief with pressure reference, temperature, electrical stimulus and traceable result definitions. Instructions: Make a working copy. Fill the fields below with actual evidence and units. Record unavailable information as unknown, give it an owner, and resolve it before using the record for acceptance. Keep raw evidence by reference. Use the approved method, equipment limits and acceptance rules for your application. This blank record does not establish qualification. 1. Fictional check: 20 mV/bar; 2 mV = 2% of 100 mV span Response / evidence reference: ______________________________ 10. Sample/exclusion record; unresolved issues; qualified scope Response / evidence reference: ______________________________ Teaching example (fictional; not acceptance criteria): Fictional sensor calculation A sensor output rises from 10 mV at 0 bar gauge to 110 mV at 5 bar gauge. Endpoint sensitivity over that interval is (110 − 10)/5 = 20 mV/bar. At 2.5 bar gauge, the ascending and descending readings are 59 mV and 61 mV. Their 2 mV difference is 2% of the 100 mV output span. That is the directional difference at this point; determining maximum hysteresis requires all matched points. These values are fictional and establish no sensor acceptance limit.
