FICTIONAL EXAMPLE, NOT MEASURED RESULTS
40 receipts; 8 active minutes/task including 3 minutes of transcription;
4 corrections out of 40. Removing that whole step gives an upper-bound
opportunity of 40 x 3 = 120 minutes before new work is accounted for.
Illustrative pilot criteria: at least 40 representative tasks; average active
time <= 6 minutes; correction count <= 4/40; successful reconciliation after
an interruption. These are project examples, not universal thresholds.
