LINUX TABLET ACCEPTANCE CHECKLIST Purpose: establish whether an exact hardware/software combination meets your essential tasks. A successful boot begins the evaluation. Date / device model and hardware revision / processor architecture: Distribution image and version / kernel / firmware / desktop / apps: Model support page, feature-matrix footnotes and dates checked: Original files backed up at: Recovery instructions, image and equipment available: External boot behavior checked (some factory images overwrite internal storage): Essential tasks defined before trial: For each item record PASS / FAIL / UNTESTED, steps and evidence. 1. Unlock with touch; enter credentials with available input. 2. Tap edges, drag and scroll; rotate both ways and try rotation lock. 3. Enter and correct text in each required app/dialog; field stays visible. 4. Test required pen/pressure/palm rejection with exact pen and app. 5. Open real document types and representative local media; record rendering, responsiveness and heat. 6. Reconnect intended Wi-Fi; test required speakers, microphone and headset. 7. Suspend using supported settings, wait a defined interval, wake and resume. 8. Check input/network recovery and saved task state after waking. 9. Connect actual charger, dock, hub, display and keyboard combinations. 10. Save, reopen and validate the task output. 11. Record every time an external keyboard was required for a touch-only task. 12. Confirm maintainable update and recovery routes. POWER OBSERVATION Configured sleep mode / interval / starting charge % / ending charge %: Observed loss in percentage points = starting % - ending %. Average points/hour = observed loss / interval in hours. Fictional example: 80% to 74% over 2 hours = 6 percentage points, 3 points/hour. This single observation is not a runtime forecast. Battery estimates, background activity and battery condition affect results. Repeat under recorded conditions. FAILURE RECORD Expected behavior / observed behavior / repeatable steps: Relevant project issue or release note: Version before fix / version after fix / same-session retest result: Acceptance decision: every essential task passed / experiment only / unsuitable. Next maintenance review trigger: Yenra guide and source context: https://yenra.com/linux-tablet/ Prepared October 6, 2026. Planning aid; hardware procedures were not physically tested.
