# Task and skills experiment

Use: select a bounded task with inspectable results. Establish permission, suitable data and a baseline before trying a tool. Count checking and corrections in total effort. Use fictional or approved material; omit secrets and personal records. After two weeks, decide whether to continue, revise or stop.

## Task and outcome
Task, audience and frequency:
What good work looks like:
Responsible reviewer:
Tool/version and approved data boundaries:
Baseline examples (include an exception):

## Before and after
Record minutes for each comparable example:
Baseline preparation:
Baseline checking and corrections:
Baseline total:
Assisted preparation:
Assisted checking and corrections:
Assisted total:
Net minutes saved = baseline total - assisted total:
Percent saved = net saved / baseline total * 100 (only if baseline is above zero):
Errors, omissions and downstream rework:
Quality acceptance criteria met? Evidence:

Example only: 60 baseline minutes versus 50 assisted minutes saves 10 minutes, or about 17%. These are invented figures, not a promised improvement.

## Learning
Skill to practice:
Independent attempt before assistance:
Hint or feedback used:
Fresh task completed without assistance:
What I can explain independently:
Later retention/transfer check:

## Decision
Useful result:
Unresolved issue:
Continue / revise / stop, with reason:
Exit path and files to keep:
Next review date or trigger:
