HANDWRITING OBSERVATION SHEET — YENRA Prepared October 7, 2026 Guide: https://yenra.com/free-handwriting-analysis/ Purpose: describe visible features and check readability. This is not a personality test, a diagnostic tool or a forensic opinion. Use your own writing or obtain the writer's permission. Avoid signatures and sensitive material. Keep completed records private. This file submits nothing to Yenra. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Choose an everyday writing task and state what you want to make easier to read. 2. Write a short sample at a comfortable pace. Keep the original and note conditions. 3. Identify specific ambiguous words, spacing or letter forms. Separate observations from guesses about causes or character. 4. If useful, ask a willing reader to mark uncertain words. 5. Change one practical feature, make a fresh sample under similar conditions and compare readability. Describe remaining uncertainty. SAMPLE RECORD (copy this block for each sample) Date and sample identifier: Practical goal / intended reader: Pen and paper: Writing position / copying or composing / pace: Visible feature and exact place it occurs: Words a reader found unclear: Image or scan limitations, if any: One change to try: Result of the next reading check: What remains unclear / next useful step: FICTIONAL EXAMPLE Observation: two adjacent words were read as one. Change: clearer word spacing. Check: ask whether the reader can distinguish the words in a new sample. This tests readability; it does not test patience, confidence or personality.
