PURPOSE
Organize the owner/engineer/utility evidence package. This register provides no relay settings, wiring instructions or authorization to connect generation.

DOCUMENT REGISTER
For EACH item record: document ID, revision/date, author, review status, outstanding condition, owner and closure evidence.
- Protection narrative and coordination study.
- Relay model, serial number, firmware and configuration record.
- Applicable certification/type-test evidence.
- Approved settings and current drawings.
- Voltage/frequency, synchronizing and islanding requirements.
- Grounding and fault-protection coordination.
- Sensing, trip path, auxiliary supply and communication failure response.
- Commissioning plan, required witnesses and acceptance criteria.
- Signed test records and utility permission conditions.

Fictional review example: the proposed relay supports several functions, but the drawing omits the breaker trip path and the test plan names a different firmware revision. Request reconciled documents and the required review before treating those items as closed.

Changes requiring renewed review, confirmed with utility/engineer:
Include capacity, operating mode, firmware and protection changes.
Maintain the final approved record with the installation; a data sheet, commissioning result and utility permission establish different things.
