# Backup and restore test record

Use a private copy for one restore test. Obtain approval for the test scope and use a separate safe destination. Keep credentials, keys and sensitive restored data out of this worksheet.

How to use: Enter details after each colon and fill in any tables. Check a field
once its details are recorded, including any explicit unknown or not-applicable
status. Tick checklist statements only when confirmed. In Obsidian, use Reading
view to click checkboxes and Editing view to enter details.
