# Digital forensics lab service checklist

Use this private checklist to discuss an authorized examination with a laboratory. Record answers and supporting documents, not credentials or raw evidence. A completed checklist does not validate a laboratory or a forensic conclusion.

How to use: Enter details after each colon and fill in any tables. Check a field
once its details are recorded, including any explicit unknown or not-applicable
status. Tick checklist statements only when confirmed. In Obsidian, use Reading
view to click checkboxes and Editing view to enter details.
