1. Disconnect the test client from its normal network; leave others' service
   running. Join the hotspot and verify the intended client list.
2. Open a fresh page, sign in to the required app and perform the real task
   with harmless sample data. Use the approved VPN when required.
3. Repeat with the expected simultaneous clients and a realistic duration.
4. Test ordinary idle/sleep behavior and the supported recovery procedure.
5. Record carrier usage after its accounting view updates. Restore normal
   network settings when finished and turn off unused hotspot sharing.
