Work the quantity first
Example: 2 people × 28 g × 5 days/week × 4 weeks = 1,120 g (about 2.47 lb). This is a usage assumption, not a dietary recommendation.
My use + recipes − stock on hand = quantity: ________________________________________________
Storage location / capacity / supplier instructions: ________________________________________________
Cost example: 5 lb for $40 + $8 shipping = $9.60/lb. A 10 lb bag for $75 + $15 = $9.00/lb if all is used, or $11.25/lb if only 8 lb is useful.
