YENRA — WEEKLY FITNESS PLANNER Guide: https://yenra.com/a/fitness-principles.html Updated: September 15, 2026 Purpose: connect a goal to manageable activity, recovery and a weekly review. Read the guide first. This is a planning aid, not a prescribed routine. Choose activity for your ability and get advice when health concerns affect it. Week beginning: My activity-related goal: Current starting point / relevant limits: What would make the week useful? Use each line for activity, time/place, duration in minutes, effort, and a smaller backup option. Record strength separately from aerobic minutes. Monday: Tuesday: Wednesday: Thursday: Friday: Saturday: Sunday: Planned strength sessions / learned exercise options: Appropriate balance activity (especially for adults 65+): Meals / preparation needed for busy days: Recovery and sleep plan: REVIEW What happened (duration, effort and exercises)? What felt manageable / enjoyable / clearer? Any pain or concerning response requiring advice? What barrier caused missed activity? One change for next week and why: Fictional example for an already comfortable walker: Five 30-minute moderate walks = 150 minutes. Tuesday and Friday also include suitable strength sessions. Wednesday can be two 15-minute walks. This illustrates scheduling, not a starting requirement for every reader.
