The Millennium Resort Scottsdale, Arizona McCormick Ranch, will give access to the entire lakeside property, a $200,000 value, through a ten-day eBay auction that begins on July 14, 2004.

"This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for someone to have a whole resort to themselves for a wedding, family reunion or for use as their own private island. We're raising the bar for what a hotel is willing to do for its guests, or in this case, guest."
The highest bid will receive a complete run of the property's 125 deluxe guestrooms, plus the Presidential Suite; unlimited food and beverage for up to 250 guests plus private use of all the resort has to offer, such as the ballroom, tennis court, sand volleyball court, swimming pool, Cabana Bar, and award-winning restaurant Pinion Grill. Alternative dates could be available, on request.
Guests who book a minimum four-night stay at a rate of $250 per room per night, receive a $500 credit for use during their visit. The $500 credit is good toward activities such as hot air balloon rides, horseback riding and golf, as well as food and beverage, spa services and poolside drinks.
